Professional Fees and Traveller Benefits

As a professional travel consultant, Jennifer's goal is to provide a high-touch service level in an honest and transparent way. 

Jennifer is an advisor, collaborator and concierge and as such, charges for her time and knowledge. Her top priority is to ensure her clients are spending their travel time wisely and receiving maximum value for their investment. Jennifer spends a significant amount of time on research and client communication before a booking is even made. Think of her as your personal assistant, financial advisor, and crisis management specialist all rolled into one. She provides her clients with a level of service not found on a website or through a big box agency. 

The process begins with a call or zoom for all new/potential clients which allows Jennifer to get to the heart of your travel needs and get to know you better. The key to a successful working relationship is communication and trust. She will review your past travel history, likes/dislikes, any special needs, expectations for this trip and more.  She will also quote her fee.

Jennifer is extremely customer-focused and therefore only books certain types of travel to manage her time effectively.  Areas of focus include River Cruises, Ocean Cruises, Prepackaged tours, and all-inclusive sun holidays.  She doesn't book air travel unless in conjunction with the above-mentioned.

Should you decide Jennifer is the right consultant for you, she will forward a credit card authorization form for the fee as well as request traveller information.  The professional fee will be due prior to the start of any research.

Service Plan A - $249* per booking

*applicable to requests for all-inclusives and ocean cruises with budget of less than $2000 per person.

*due at the time of request (following initial discovery call) and is a non-refundable fee.

*will provide 4-5 quotes based on request.  Additional quotes will be subject to a $10 fee per resort.

*will manage your travel from inquiry thru to return providing all information required for travel.

Service Plan B - $199* per booking.

*applicable to requests for all-inclusive and ocean cruises with a budget of $2000 or more per person.

*due at the time of request (following initial discover call) and is a non-refundable fee.

*will provide 4-5 quotes based on request.  Additional quotes will be subject to a $10 fee per resort.

*will manage your travel from inquiry thru to your return providing all information required for travel.

Plan To Go Research fee  - $500* per booking

*applicable to river cruise inquiries and escorted tours only

*fee will be held and applied to the final payment

*fee is non-refundable should cruise or tour be cancelled by you for any reason.

*will provide 4-5 quotes based on request.

*will manage your travel from inquiry thru to your return.

Consultation fee - $50/hr 

*planning a DIY European holiday but would like some advice on things to see, how to get around, etc.

VIP Annual Service Packages:

1. $90* per month or $1020* annually (up to 4 trips per year)

2. $130* per month or $1500* annually (unlimited number of trips a year)

*priority service on last-minute travel

*no additional booking fees on international air tickets.  $25/pp booking fee for domestic/transborder flights.

*personal assistance from me while travelling

*coaching on trips you choose to book yourself (entry requirements, visa requirements, vaccinations etc.)

*research, quoting, booking and file management

*assistance with online check in, pre-cruise registration, seat selection, etc.
